1. Camera Permission

DUKE Camera requests camera permission so you can preview and record video. Camera access is used for app features only while you are using the camera screen or recording.

2. Microphone Permission

DUKE Camera requests microphone permission to record audio with your videos. Audio is stored as part of the video file you create.

3. Video Storage

DUKE Camera saves original and exported video files on your device. Exported files may include original, long-form 16:9, and short-form 9:16 videos. The app does not require a server account and does not upload your videos to DUKE Camera servers.

4. Gallery Save

When you choose to save a video to your gallery, DUKE Camera uses Android media storage features such as MediaStore. The saved file becomes visible in your device gallery or media library depending on your Android version and device settings.

5. Sharing

If you share a video, Android's system share sheet or compatible apps may receive the selected file. The privacy practices of the destination app are controlled by that app, not by DUKE Camera.

6. Advertising and AdMob

DUKE Camera may use Google AdMob to show ads, including rewarded ads. AdMob may collect or use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and other data according to Google's policies and your device settings.

During development, DUKE Camera uses test ad identifiers. Production ad identifiers must be configured before release.

7. In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing

DUKE Camera may offer paid features through Google Play Billing. Payment and purchase processing are handled by Google Play. DUKE Camera may receive purchase status information needed to unlock eligible app features.

8. App Usage Data and Diagnostics

DUKE Camera may use platform services, advertising SDKs, billing services, or crash/diagnostic tools that can process app usage data, device information, and diagnostics. These are used to operate, improve, secure, and monetize the app.

9. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect

• We do not require account registration.
• We do not operate a DUKE Camera server for uploading your recorded videos.
• We do not sell your personal video files.

10. Children's Privacy

DUKE Camera is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use camera, advertising, or purchase features without parental consent.

11. Data Deletion Requests

Videos are primarily stored on your device. You can delete exported videos from the app storage, gallery, or file manager depending on where the video was saved. For privacy questions or deletion requests related to app support records, contact redtain0807@gmail.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal, platform, advertising, or billing requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made.
